汝实乃下品也 = 你這賤貨
汝肏汝娘者 = mofo (not too sure about the grammatical accuracy of this)
令堂碩大無朋可阻京杭渠道哉 = yo momma so fat, she can block the Grand Canal! (my attempt at a Chinese-specific yo momma joke)
